Every project starts with the question of what stays. Rooftop additions, renovation, reuse — before we build new.

Material is argument
Brick, render, concrete, wood. We choose a few materials and carry them through.

Scale is duty
Quarter, street, address, threshold. Four scales at once — none must override another.
