We believe architecture is a form of courtesy . Courtesy toward the existing fabric, toward our neighbours, toward the city — which was there before us and continues speaking after us.
That's why a rooftop addition is, for us, not a stopgap but a programme. That's why renovation is design work. That's why every project begins with the question of what can stay.
We work in small teams over long stretches. We accompany projects from the first sketch to handover. We read plans, walk sites, write specifications.

Nine service phases, a single thread.
- LP 1Basic evaluationSite check, planning enquiry, feasibility. This is where we decide what can be built.
- LP 2Preliminary designFirst sketches, variants, massing studies. We show three approaches, the client picks one.
- LP 3Design developmentScale and material set. Drawing package for client and structural engineer.
- LP 4Permit applicationBuilding application to the authority. Fire, structure, energy as appendices.
- LP 5Construction drawingsWorking drawings, details, sections. Where the building becomes readable for the site.
- LP 6Tender preparationSpecifications per trade. Quantities, qualities, interfaces.
- LP 7Tender assistanceBid review, negotiation, contracts. We advise, the client decides.
- LP 8Construction supervisionWe're on site. Defects, hand-overs, invoice checks — until completion.
- LP 9AftercareSupport during the warranty period. Defect logging, as-built documentation.
